UK Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased from Bikers Hangout Ltd by UK consumers. For help with an order, email radio@bikershangout.co.uk, quoting your order number.

Changing your mind

You can cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact us for the correct return address. Change-of-mind returns, including non-faulty manufacturer-fulfilled merchandise, are handled directly by Bikers Hangout. You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

You may inspect or try on goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund eligible cancellations to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. For cancellation of a whole order, we also refund standard outward delivery charges.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your consumer rights and cover necessary return costs.

Most merchandise is fulfilled by the manufacturer. Please report printing or manufacturing problems as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days, so we can raise a claim with the manufacturer. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Where to return goods

Contact Bikers Hangout before posting anything so we can provide the appropriate instructions. Patch returns and non-faulty merchandise returns are handled by Bikers Hangout. Returns relating to The Vic Chain Lube are coordinated with The Vic. Returns for manufacturer-fulfilled goods are directed to the appropriate destination according to the issue.

Do not send goods directly to the manufacturer or The Vic without instructions.
