The Opportunity: 

Build Your Own Recurring Income Stream

As a Bikers Hangout Business Development Manager, you will operate as an independent contractor, leveraging your sales and networking skills to bring relevant businesses onto our growing directories.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 * Identify & Prospect: Market, research and identify businesses (e.g., motorcycle repair shops, biker-friendly places to stay, custom builders, dealerships, mechanics, paint shops, tattoo parlours) that would benefit from enhanced visibility within the global motorcycle community.

 * Engage & Educate: Initiate contact with prospective businesses, present the compelling benefits of listing on Bikers Hangout and Bikers Hangout Radio, and clearly articulate the value proposition of our targeted directories.

 * Facilitate Onboarding: Guide businesses through the process of selecting their subscription plan and setting up their directory listing.

 * Relationship Nurturing: Maintain communication with your introduced businesses to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term renewals, referrals and new business, which directly impacts your income.

 * Uncapped, Lifetime Recurring Commission: Earn 25% net on All Renewals!

   * This is the cornerstone of our program. For every business you introduce that maintains a paid subscription, you will receive a generous 25% of their renewal income, for as long as they remain a customer. What We're Looking For:

We're seeking highly motivated individuals with:

 * Proven Sales Acumen: Experience in sales is important, account management, business development, or similar roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

 * Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate value propositions, build rapport, and persuade effectively (written and verbal).

 * Tech-Savvy & Self-Sufficient: Must own a reliable laptop and smartphone, have stable internet access, and be proficient with basic computer operations and online communication tools.

 * Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter mentality with the discipline and motivation to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

 * Relationship Builder: A natural ability to connect with business owners and understand their needs.

 * Bonus Points: A personal interest in motorcycles, the biking community, or related industries.

 

Compensation Structure:

 * Commission: 25% of the net renewal subscription income for every business you successfully introduce and subscribes to Bikers Hangout paid directories.

 * Payment Schedule: Commissions earned in any given month will be paid at the start of the following subsequent month (e.g., commissions earned in June are paid on August 1st). This operates on a "month in hand" basis.

 * No Base Salary: This is a pure commission-based opportunity designed for those who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to directly control their earning potential.
